Faith in the Midst of Fire
Bethany University experienced a fire Tuesday night, 6/16/09, at approximately 11:00 pm that destroyed the food service facility for the University. Local fire departments responded immediately, and the fire was limited to the one structure. We are happy to report that there were no individuals inside the facility and no injuries to the firefighters that responded to the call. We are currently designing a plan of action to facilitate our summer camps and welcome our students in the fall. We want to thank those who have communicated their support to us, offered prayers and offered provision. Most of all, we are grateful to God for His faithfulness and we anticipate another expression of His goodness to Bethany University. Bethany is alive and well!
