Meet the Staff
Charity Walters, Registrar
Charity is the University Registrar. She is responsible for the overall operations and management of the Office of the Registrar. In conjunction with the Provost Office and Associate Deans, she oversees the production of the registration process each semester as well as the yearly catalog. In addition she works with the Provost Office in regards to the Commencement Ceremonies each year. She is also responsible for the release of I-20’s and guidance regarding International Students. Charity graduated from Bethany University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in Church Leadership and in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Kasey Martin, Transcript Analyst
Kasey is the Transcript Analyst in the Office of the Registrar. He evaluates transcripts and the application of units for all prospective and current undergraduate students. In addition he reviews all undergraduate and graduate students for graduation, notifying the prospective graduates of their standing. He also works with former students regarding requests to finish their degrees. His responsibilities also include the certification of Veteran’s Benefits for all chapters applicable to Bethany. Kasey graduated from Biola University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies. He is currently working on his Master of Arts in Christian Education at Asbury Theological Seminary. Tatiana Delatorre and Catherine Flora Administrative Assistants
Tatiana and Catherine are the Administrative Assistants in the Office of the Registrar. They direct all Registrar Office related walk-ins and telephone inquiries as well as schedule appointments for the staff of the Office of the Registrar. As part of their responsibilities they handle the processing of transcripts, enrollment verifications, and grades. They also act as administrative support for the Registrar and Transcript Analyst. Tatiana Delatorre is a junior at Bethany University working towards a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Social Science.
