Transcripts
Request for Transcripts
For current students and alumnus, Bethany offers two ways to access your transcripts. If you attended Bethany after 1994 you can view and/or print your unofficial transcripts online by selecting https://www.collegeregister.com/7240/index.html. This link takes you to the Online Registration and Student Services where you will select transcripts. From here follow the directions on the screen for accessing your unofficial transcripts.
If you attended prior to 1994 or need official copies of your transcripts, you can download a transcript request form to print out or send the following information by fax or postal mail.
· Your full name (including all previous names) · Your social security number or Bethany ID number (for identification purposes) · Your address · Your phone number and/or email address · Last year of attendance · The number of copies you need · The address where you would like the transcript to be sent · Your signature (transcript requests cannot be processed without a signature)
