Are there scholarships available?
Yes! Scholarships are available for qualified new applicants who participate full-time on the Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) team. This is a year round commitment to leading projects that take what you've learned in the classroom to the marketplace. Contact Business chair Professor Joe Childs if you are interested.
What is the difference between a Business Administration major and
Management major?
The Business Administration major (58-61 units) is the most comprehensive of the two majors. It provides the foundation for an MBA program and is the recommended major for those who seek a career in corporate America. The management major (42 units) focuses on the soft-skills so necessary for people-oriented career, but is balanced with the foundational quantitative courses.

How do I find an internship?
Professor Mary Torrez facilitates the internship program for Business Administration and Management majors and Jason Foster the Sports Management. They will assist you in a search for an appropriate internship, but ultimately the responsibility for securing an internship is yours.
Does Bethany host a recruiting fair?
All qualified students may participate in the SIFE and attend the regional competition where major companies actively recruit.
How do I satisfy the computer competency requirement?
BU 1000 Microsoft Excel (can be fulfilled with BU 1223, or MOS Exam)
BU 1100 Microsoft Word (can be fulfilled with BU 1203, or MOS Exam)
BU 1200 Microsoft PowerPoint (can be fulfilled with BU 1203, or MOS Exam)
