Program Mission:

Bethany University business program students learn the principles of business within the context of a Christian-world view. The program integrates a variety of learning experiences to ensure graduates are competent and confident to operate with integrity in today's competitive global business environment.

Four Program Majors to Meet Your Needs and Learning Style

Traditional students my select from three majors, Business Administration, Management, or Sports Management. Adult or distance learners may earn a degree with a major in Organizational Management, which is delivered through our School of Distributed Learning in either the APPL (Cohort) or the eBethany program.

Business Administration (58-61 units)
A competitive and comprehensive business major that prepares students for entry level business careers or for a graduate MBA program. You may select an emphasis in general business, entrepreneurship, or cross-cultural business. Requires 59-61 units.

Management (42 units)
A business related major that emphasizes the soft-skills and leadership required to be successful in today's global economy. This major is suitable for double-majors, transfer students or those desiring an interdisciplinary minor area of studies. Requires 42 units.

Sports Management (42 units)
Building on the core business curriculum, this major prepares students for opportunities in the growing sports, recreation, and leisure markets. Students complete the comprehensive practicum and internship program to ensure they acquire the hands-on skills necessary for entry level positions. Requires 42-49 units.

Organizational Management
A business related major for adult learners who have completed or substantially completed their general education studies. The program emphasizes leadership, communication and critical thinking skills necessary to be successful managers in either for-profit or non-profit organizations. Delivered through the School of Distributed Learning.
