Are you looking for leadership opportunities? SIFE is seeking to recruit at least two students to serve in leadership positions for the 2008-2009 school year. Scholarships are available! Check with Professor Joe Childs or Mary Torrez .

The SIFE Team recently hosted a Personal Financial Management Seminar in Scotts Valley, featuring Cherry Roberts from Woodland Financial Services. Bethany student Ryan Norman commented, "I found this seminar to be very beneficial to my finance knowledge."

Approximately 40 high school students from Watsonville and Pajaro Valley High Schools benefited from SIFE's SAT test prep seminars. Brian Rogers and Joel Booth, along with the assistance of Liz Dominguez arranged and taught the four hour seminars on two Saturdays in March.

The SIFE Team compete dat Regionals in Los Angeles on April 7th, 2008. Participants included: Brian Rodgers, Joel Booth, and Michael Reynolds. Team members also attended a recruiting fair and received opportunities to interviw for jobs.

Returning students may check with their advisor for advisement for Fall 2008 courses. New courses in the Sport Management are being added in the Fall.
