Employment Opportunities
Due to the focused and practical nature of training in Clinical Psychology, our graduates have the greatest employment opportunities after graduation. These include working in private practice as a licensed therapist, teaching at the secondary and collegiate levels, serving in administrative positions, or advancing to greater preparedness for doctoral level training.
Graduates are equipped to serve within the juvenile justice system, foster care agencies, group homes, drug treatment centers, women's shelters, senior care facilities, medical settings, community mental health, and other state, federal, and privately funded human service institutions. In addition, graduates may go on to minister in churches, or parachurch and faith-based organizations.
