| High School: Tyson prepped at Sherwood High School in Sherwood, Oregon under Coach Jon Strohmaire. At Sherwood, Christie was a two sport athlete (baseball and basketball). Won two letters in each sport, winning all league honors in both of them. Also, he was a first time all league baseball player and player of the year in the Tri valley conference. As a senior, he hit .402 with 8 homeruns and was selected as SHS Athlete of the Year. | ||||||||||
