High School: Farnum prepped at Forest PlaceLake for Coach Phil Sparling and teammate Grant Marple. While at Forest Lake, Kevin put together a fine high school career. As a senior, he hit exactly .400 and had a .990 fielding percentage. He was named 1st team all CVCL and his team made it to the section semi-finals. He was also named an optimist all-star.
