Student Accounts for currently enrolled students for any program:

Student Accounts MUST be contacted after your classes have been formally entered by the Registrar's Office in order to secure payment for your semester of enrollment. Student Accounts will determine if your Financial Aid is "finalized" and can be considered to determine your remaining balance and establish a formal payment plan (see payment plan options). If you do not contact Student Accounts, your classes will be dropped. Please see the "calendar" for important dates.

Student Accounts normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00 pm and closed for lunch from 11:45am - 1:00pm. You are welcome to call (831/438-3800, ext. 3947) or email (sgarrick@fc.bethany.edu).

For new students please feel free to contact Student Accounts to answer your questions - you do not need to be "registered" - we are open to serve you!

If you have a prior balance owed to Bethany University (tuition, institutional, Perkins) please contact Student Accounts - normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00 pm and closed for lunch from 11:45am - 1:00pm.
