Current Bethany University Students-Financial Aid

  • Fill out FAFSA at (www.fafsa.ed.gov) Bethany's school code is: 001121. Bethany University should receive your FAFSA results within one week of your online application. If you do not have access to the internet you may request a paper FAFSA from Financial Aid. Bethany University Financial Aid may be reached at: (831) 438-3800 ext. 3901 (allow 3-4 weeks for FAFSA applications to be received in the Financial Aid Office, once the FAFSA is mailed).
  • You should receive your award letter within 2 to 3 weeks of your completed financial aid file (dependent on all financial aid documents being complete).
  • Contact the Student Accounts Office at 831-438-3800 ext. 3947 to determine your exact costs for the school year. If you need additional loans, you may be eligible for an alternative loan, if you are a dependent, your parent may be eligible for a PLUS loan, please see our website (click on Lender List for details):

  • Bethany University begins disbursing financial aid to the Student Accounts Office after the last day to add courses each term (generally two weeks after the start of the term).
